Stress management workshop

In this two-session workshop your will learn to:

  • Define Stress

  • Learn what impact stress can have on your health

  • Learn to recognise the physical, psychological and behavioral signs of stress

  • Learn to recognise the danger signals of stress

  • Identify the sources of your current stressors and stress levels in your life

  • Identify various ways to manage and prevent stress effectively

  • Understand what lifestyle elements you can change to reduce stress

  • Use routines to reduce stress

  • Use environmental and physical relaxation techniques

  • Cope better with major life events

  • Use a stress log to identify stressors and create a plan to reduce or eliminate them

The stress management workshop is a series of two half-day structured classroom-style sessions where you will learn proven techniques and practice them in a supportive class environment. Self-assessment tests are used to assess participants’ current stressors, stress levels and whether they have a personality that is more prone to stress.
